WHAT DOES RM49 A MONTH MEAN?
Hosting + someone
to look after it.
Hostinger provides our VPS infrastructure. Choose a SistemKitak managed service or your own hosting; the build fee does not repeat each year.
Hosting starts at launch. Renewal is confirmed before the next term. Support is during working hours, with an initial response target of 2 working days. Dedicated VPS, business email, larger traffic/storage and new features are separately quoted.
How does the hosting cost contribute to your price?
A VPS price is the cost of a server. Small websites can share suitable capacity; each website is not charged the full server cost. Larger application workloads need their own capacity and quotation.

Only RM12 is the example server share. The other amounts are SistemKitak service allowances, not Hostinger charges. The build fee pays for design, code, testing and handover. If a project needs its own VPS, the full provider cost and management labour are itemised separately.

Windows and paid software licences are excluded; use your valid licence or request a quotation. Backups are agreed before work. Internal laptop cleaning, difficult hardware disassembly, custom PC builds, failed-drive recovery and board-level repairs are outside this service. Any travel charge is confirmed first.
